CHG began with the question, "How can we keep the NY's creative community gainfully employed?" We chose to use our creative skills to create lasting memories for our clients. Whether its singing waiters at your convention, bare chested lads and bikini models at your bachelor/bachelorette party or surprise hip hop dancers popping out to spice up your event we got you covered!
Adding a creative edge to our events has helped us gain tremendous ground in the hospitality industry while providing a solid financial backbone for our employees. No event is too large or too small.
Art is our life here at CHG therefore we strongly believe in supporting programs such as The Actors Work Program, Career Transition for Dancers, and The Actors Fund. We anticipate making frequent donations to these funds to keep them alive!
Our waiter professionals are thoroughly screened and trained to provide superior service for your event. We provide light food preparation, cocktail service, and French service, buffet and seated dinner service.
Our bartenders are experienced mixologists, able to create specialty cocktails specifically for your event. Feeling spicy? Shock your guests with a hunk or beauty tastefully serving drinks and providing a bit of eye candy as well.
We recommend one Bartender and one Waiter for parties of 20ppl as a guideline. This allows guests to be served in a timely manner, specialty drinks superbly executed, and the flow of your event maintained!
In turn, your waiter would serve as back up for the bar, greet guests, check coats, replenish food, keep the party area tidy, provide cocktail service, and manage garbage while you relax and entertain.
